Leena Mammen, MD

Dr. Mammen graduated Summa Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree from Loma Linda University in warm and sunny Southern California. She received her medical degree from and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. After a Pediatrics internship at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, she completed her Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Loma Linda University Medical Center and her Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard School of Medicine. During her fellowship, she received additional training in cardiac imaging at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. She was recognized as a Diplomat by the American Board of Radiology in 2002. Formerly, she worked as a General Medical Officer at the Naval Medical Clinic in Pearl Harbor and as a General Practitioner/Emergency Medicine Physician both in the U.S. and abroad.

She is certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Mammen is a member of American College of Radiology Appropriateness Committees in Vascular and Cardiac Imaging. She is also an Associate Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
