Neil T. Peterson, MD, FACR
Dr. Peterson received his medical degree from the University of Michigan School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and he completed his Fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Cleveland Clinic. Formerly he worked at Blodgett Memorial Medical Center (now Spectrum Health) as a Staff Radiologist and Neuroradiologist. In 1997 Dr. Peterson was the first to perform endovascular repair of intracranial aneurysms (GDC coiling) in Western Michigan. He has since performed over one hundred of these procedures. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University where he was awarded Teacher of the Year for Radiology Residents. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Society of Neuroradiology and the Pediatric Society of Neuroradiology.
Dr. Peterson is certified by the American Board of Radiology with Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
