Barbara S. Thornburg, MD
Dr. Thornburg received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona where she graduated Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from the University of Arizona School of Medicine. She completed her Residency in Diagnostic Radiology from Michigan State University where she was Chief Resident and completed her Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Thornburg has served as Chief of the Section of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Spectrum Health. She also served as a Clinical Instructor for Diagnostic Radiology for Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Roentgen Ray Society, American College of Radiology, American Society of Emergency Radiology and Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Thornburg is certified by the American Board of Radiology.
