The HR Generalist will provide operational support to the organization and support the needs of the business. Responsibilities are broad in nature and will include: Compensation Administration, Employee Relations, Orientation, Training and Development, HR compliance, and day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; minimum of 10 years experience in HR; demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multiple projects on time; understanding of HR practices and related employment laws.
