Cardiothoracic Radiologist

Who we are:  Advanced Radiology Services, serving over 20 hospitals and facilities in western and central Michigan, is one of the largest physician-owned radiology practices in the country. Our growing practice includes 132 radiologists and comprehensive administrative support from our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. ARS is the exclusive radiology provider to West Michigan’s largest Level I trauma center and research hospital, Spectrum Health.

Specifics about this position:  Advanced Radiology Services, PC is seeking a full-time cardiothoracic radiologist with expertise in all aspects of cardiac CT and MR to join our growing CMR service.   Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the primary practice site, has robust multidisciplinary programs in adult and pediatric congenital heart disease, HCM, heart failure, heart transplant, lung transplant, TAVR, TAMR, ILD, sarcoidosis, lung cancer, and others.  We currently perform more than 1300 exams/year in equal partnership with adult and pediatric cardiology.

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal imaging, routine chest and body CT/CTA
  • Expertise and passion for CMR

Requirements:

  • American Board of Radiology/AOBR certified or Board-Eligible
  • Completion of a cardiothoracic fellowship fellowship and have Level 2 or 3 CMR credentials
