Benicomp Medical Reimbursement Process (Welcome Kit / Online Submittal instructions)
- All shareholder and shareholder track physicians working 800+ hours per year are eligible.

Flex Administrators Medical Reimbursement Process
- All STARS non- management employees working at least 30 hours per week and who are enrolled in the high deductible health plan are eligible for an HSA
- All STARS employees who are not enrolled in the HSA are eligible for the Health Reimbursement Arrangement
- All APPs, Managers, and Associate physicians are eligible for the HRA
- Upon being hired by ARS, you will receive a welcome letter via US mail that contains your debit card and instructions for setting up your account.
- If you receive a refund after being reimbursed for expenses, call Megan Poertner at 616.456.7908. Tell her the swipe amount and date. She will tell you how to return the funds.
